Welcome! Happy Spring! Spring and Fall are two of my four favorite seasons!
I’ve been on a tear all week - getting ready to head up to Oregon for my dad’ big birthday. I spent Wednesday making a batch of lemon curd, a dozen chocolate croissants and a chocolate sheet cake.
Yeah, I have a big freezer! Already finished the brisket and the short ribs.

Have a great trip. Our cousin in Oregon was saying it was 58 there yesterday - I have a foot of &%^$*! snow.
