Menage Manifesto.
I’m throwing my hat in the ring and trying my hand at menage. My philosophy is this - there can be no slut factor and no positions that necessitate unrealistic contortions. There will be a reason for one woman and her three men…a damn good one. This is so scary and I wouldn’t do it if I hadn’t A. dreamed a menage and B. hubby hadn’t given me an out of this world idea for a second book - m/f/m. Is that how you describe it? I actually don’t know the difference between m/m/f and m/f/m. Anybody?
Oh yeah - I’m off to work today, but Susi over at The Geeky Bookworm is hosting me today - guest blog - how Barry White influenced my romance-suspense, My Everything!

I believe m/f/m is male and female are a couple, bring in male. m/m/f - male/male are couple bring in female.
Good luck I love writing m/f/m!

I don’t think anyone involved needs to be a couple. It has to do with contact. In m/f/m, the male persons do not touch each other, only the female person. In m/m/f, the male person are involved with each other as well as the female person.
Good luck! I picture you with a stack of Barbie and Ken dolls, trying to work out the logistics.

lol Chris, Barbi’s not flexible enough and the neutered Ken dolls would be no help at all… lol
M/M F requires and excellent excuse/explanation as to why two happy men would suddenly want to include a woman in their sexuality.
M/F/M requires an explanation of why the men would stand down and tolerate another man near his female lover.
Both situations are inherently dramatic and fun to write. I find keeping the personal reactions on track is much more difficult than keeping the physical choreography on track.

Waaaaa! I don’t have any dolls! And Ken has no penis. Barbie has no nipples, etc.
So…it’s official…m/f/m! My husband asked if by menage I meant the three cats and hundred pound dog that sleep on our bed with us every night. Now that’s a menage!

Oooh, welcome to the dark side, Julia. We have cookies
I totally agree with the slutfactor.
The girl in my current menage is not a …well maybe a bit…oh, nevermind. She loves her three guys so that excuses everything else. There is a HEA for four which was new and foreign for me.
In my last menage, there was a HEA for only her and one guy and she was very non-sluttish.
They’re fun, emotional and challenging to write. Enjoy!
