You have got to check out the recipe for Tres Leches Cake with Caramelized Bacon and Bananas. O.M.F.G.

I don’t eat bacon, but I’m gonna make the cake and caramelize something to put on top - bananas and phacon, blueberries, apples, something. Damn, that cake looks good!
