I hate dolls. One day I’ll tell you a super scary doll story. But not tonight. Uuuuuuuuuuu. Shudder…shudder…
My son wanted that My Buddy doll as a toddler but it reminded me of Chucky so I said NO. He was upset because his sister had the My Kid Sister doll, but there was no way I’d have that Chucky looking doll staring at me all the time.

Amber - I could not have dolls as a kid. They terrify me. Despite my attempt to keep my mouth shut when it came to my kids - they are afraid of dolls too. Especially my son. One of my daughters has a Barbie collection, but they must stay in their sealed boxes and face the wall.
Penelope - you are one sick woman. I can deal with an awful lot, but not Chucky. A Chucky movie has never crossed this threshold.
Delilah - creepy…dolls are creepy. Toy Story 3 scared me to death because of the baby doll. I actually ran out of the room!
My DH is terrified of such things-especially clowns. I collect Russian nesting dolls. They’re all lined up on my bookshelves beside our bed. I purposely aim them towards him so all eyes are staring at him as he sleeps. Bwahahaha!
I’m fortunate in falling into the fear of dolls and clowns, because ummm … I like a wicked chicken when it comes to so many other things.
OMG! I hated my dolls but loved my stuffed animals. I was so scared of the weird dolls my grandmother gave me. One doll had big buck teeth and a strange expression on her face. When I was four, I buried the doll in the backyard so it wouldn’t walk the halls at night and bite people! My poor mother was horrified by my behavior until I told her I was afraid the doll was alive. I would never turn my back on a clown-doll…lol

Nina….clowns - the only clown I like is Crusty the Clown from the Simpsons. Except when the Crusty doll was set to evil…
See Kat? Twins separated at birth. I did the same thing to a doll, except I stabbed him first and shredded him into little pieces. He had buck teeth too!

Savannah - Barbie is the only doll that doesn’t scare the bejeezus out of me!
I loved my Barbie, Skipper and Mod Ken with a groovy Nehru jacket! Those dolls were perfectly safe in my hands.

I used to have a few dolls…loved my Cabbage Patch dolls…but they were cute and stuffed. I admit, I never warmed up to the classic dolls-didn’t really like those hard heads and wide open glassy eyes. I still have some of my stuffed animals though-those are cuddly.
And yeah, Chucky’s one creepy dude. They shouldn’t make horror films based on children’s toys or associated to kids. In fact, I’d like to see the end of all horror/slasher films. My limit is a good thriller.
