Wales, here we come!

We’ll be away for a while, visiting the UK - friends Tom and Ishbel, who hopefully won’t think we’re obnoxious - or jet-lagged idiots.

You know when I took my two daughters to Italy, one of my girls was so jet-lagged she fell asleep in the Sistine Chapel leaning against the wall. Hopefully we won’t be quite so bad.

We’ll be hiking for a week in the wilds of Wales, Snowdonia National Park. Maybe we can pick up a bit of Welsh - which is a very difficult language. I’m pretty good with languages but in the case of Welsh, which is one of the oldest spoken languages in the world, I can’t quite make out individual words.

If I have any connectivity, I’ll try to upload some photos as we go so check in! Much love, be well, be safe. Julia
