Commercials are becoming more like short films. As a matter of fact, some commercials are better than movies. I do have a couple favorites. One you’ve seen but it’s worth replaying. The other is Uncle Drew, Part III. It’s great. Let’s see if this new computer will upload the videos. (I still won’t drink Pepsi but the commercial diminishes my dislike somewhat.)

Heh. My favorite commercial is still the ‘cat round-up’. Haven’t run across one to compare…
It kinda makes you wonder why they have to spend so much time selling us a product, doesn’t it?
Aside from during the Superbowl I don’t watch many commercials, Anny - but I really like the extended versions of both these commercials. Not that I intend to buy the product!
Really like the Pepsi ad. But most advertisements do not move me to buy a product. Even the funny, creative, and good ones. Maybe first time a new product comes out. But after that, advertisements are just a break to go use ladies room and/or get something to eat.
Don’t believe them or trust them.
I make most buys on quality. Good ads are just entertainment.
Strictly entertainment, Roberta. The Chevy commercial makes me tear up and the Pepsi commercial makes me laugh. It’s a wonderful, whimsical, funny, creative little film. Neither makes me buy anything.
You don’t like Pepsi? How can this be?
Good ones. I’m a Diet Pepsi girl:)
I love a good commercial, and yes, I’m the same. The commercial will not force me to buy the product. They are strictly entertainment. Love the truck ad. I have never seen or heard even a partial of these. Pretty good. I have a new commercial that is a Kohl’s Christmas one. A young couple across the hall from a senior decorates her apartment while she is out. Very moving, but again, it will not move me to buy from Kohl’s.

The truck ad makes me cry every time, Veronica. The Pepsi ad (and I hate Pepsi) is simply genius.
Sandra, sorry but Diet Pepsi tastes even more like poison!!!
Oh Tim, hate it! Ick. If I drink any soft drink it’s Coke.
