I don’t want the past present. I want the present to always be pleasant and pain free. I want to live forever.
Can you do that?
Well, Roberta, it’s sort of the long past. As in the long past is still present. As in the concept that there is no time and everything happens at once. So time is an illusion. And therefore you are eternal.
Interesting concept. Strange, but interesting. Sort of like the string theory?
Yes, Anny. Maybe a better analogy is Einstein’s Theory of Relativity? Sort of all things exist in time… at once… somewhere. I guess nothing is ever really gone. There’s a Jewish concept of the past being present- or like communion in the Catholic service. Actually making Jesus present via communion.
